The OmniDry 12 L sits in the same claimed extraction class as the MeacoDry Arete One 12 L and costs less in the rough band we track. Pro Breeze rates it at up to 12 litres per day. That’s the warm-lab headline, not a verified take at 16 °C. The tank holds 2 litres. Typical UK sheets also list a digital humidity display, a 24-hour timer, sleep mode and a continuous-drain hose. Operating temperature on those sheets is 5–35 °C. Power is in the 180–200 W region. Weight is about 10 kg.

What you can’t see, from the public spec sheet, is how that 12 L shrinks at 20 °C or 10 °C. Meaco publishes those rows. Pro Breeze, on the listings for this ASIN, doesn’t. In your heated living room the machine will collect water. In a cold box room it collects much less, as every compressor does. The missing table doesn’t make the OmniDry a worse compressor. It makes the headline harder to trust at face value, which is why there’s a comparison against the Arete One 12 L.

Laundry is the reason you’d look at a 12 L at all. On this model that usually means a continuous mode: the compressor keeps pulling moisture instead of stopping at a humidity target, which is what you want next to an airer in a closed room. It still isn’t a tumble dryer. A full load of towels will take hours, the tank will fill, and the published noise figure is for ordinary running, not a promise that laundry mode is library-quiet.

We’d pick this if you’ll run it in a heated 1–2 bed home, empty or hose the 2 L tank, and you don’t need HEPA or a five-year warranty. If you want the quieter published dB pair, the extraction table and the longer warranty, the Arete One 12 L is the other half of this class.
