Arete One 25 L uses the tall shell. Dimensions are 618 × 366 × 272 mm. Weight is 16 kg. The tank holds 4.8 litres. Refrigerant charge is R290 / 90 g. At 20 °C / 60 % RH it is 10.73 litres, closer to everyday indoor humidity. At 10 °C / 60 % RH it falls to 3.54 litres. At 10 °C / 50 % RH it is 2.15 litres. Even the biggest compressor in this guide is a modest collector in a 10 °C room.

The tank does not grow from 20 L to 25 L. Both are 4.8 litres. A higher extraction class with the same bucket means more trips to the sink unless you fit a hose. That is a practical reason the 25 L is a whole-home, possibly plumbed, machine rather than a bedroom companion.
Choose this if the house is large, heated, and a 20 L still leaves you emptying often or watching humidity climb. Do not choose it as a magic number that will dry an unheated cellar. For that, the EcoAir desiccants remain the spec-sheet match. For most readers of this site, the Arete One 12 L or 20 L is the end of the shopping, and the 25 L is the last rung.
